great central stay for city walks and park views

I had a lovely experience with spacious and clean rooms that were just a short walk from attractions like the SeaCity Museum and beautiful parks, making it easy to explore and enjoy the scenery around. As a single traveler, I appreciated having a comfortable and convenient base for my adventures, but the breakfast could be improved as sometimes the hot options were not as warm as expected.

The room was clean, but shower head holder was broken during our stay.

The stay at Ibis was pleasant, with clean rooms and a modern ambiance that created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally attentive and efficient, quickly accommodating requests. The location near the cruise terminal is convenient for both business and leisure travelers, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and transport links.

The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing.

I had a nice stay with excellent quality breakfast choices, particularly enjoyed the cooked selection. The room was clean and comfortable, though smaller than I expected. I'd definitely return!

Great cruise terminal access

A lovely stay was had with friendly staff and a convenient location, though the room was a bit basic and the Wi-Fi was spotty. The early check-in option was a nice touch, but some maintenance issues, like the AC not working well, were concerning.

We stayed here for one night before heading to Paultons Family Theme Park, and it was perfect for us. The room was clean, and the kids loved the breakfast spread. Plus, it was just a quick drive to the theme park!

My kids wished the hotel had a play area for them to unwind after a long day.

good location for city within easy walkin distance. comfy clean room with all basic facilities. the staff were friendly n helpful n i liked the tea/coffee makin facilities in the room.

Perfect for families with kids

The staff were kind and gave us extra pillows, made nights so much better. Our room was super clean and the shower had endless hot water.
